Getting started is easy. Here are our 5 Steps to Hassle-Free Hosting:

  1. Signing up. Create an account at Alkaa.io within seconds. It’ll take less than a few minutes to check your property with our price calculator.
  2. Arranging a visit. One of our property experts will communicate with you to meet you at the property at your convenience. If you’re already away, we can arrange to collect keys and schedule a visit.
  3. Lock box installation. We will install lock box at your property so that guests can efficiently and easily access the rental property 24/7.
  4. Photographing the property. Our professional photographer will come to take carefully executed photographs of your property in order to showcase it in the most aesthetically pleasing way.
  5. Preparing the listing. We work tirelessly to get your listing ready; from the day of our meeting, we typically have guests in a given property within 7 days.

We offer two fee options to suit your needs. Choose whatever works best for you!

  1. Fee Structure from 25%. This deducts a small percentage from your total rental property income; our simply commission structure offers you flexibility and access to all of our management services.
  2. Guaranteed Monthly Rent. A set, guaranteed monthly income should give you peace of mind, knowing that we are confident enough to guarantee that you’ll have guests who choose your property.

All of our customers pay a non-refundable deposit of $500, subject to terms and conditions.
